Week 7 Part 2

Hi Everyone.  By now you should be teaching and using the word “Mindfulness” at the end of each class. It only has to be short. Second exercise; hands by side, lift arms forward and up (Keeping arms straight) say,  breath in. Move arms out to the side while holding breath. Lower arms to side while breathing out. 

As arms go down to side. Say, breath out. Breath out must be slow (count to 4). Do it 2 to 3 times for younger ones. 5 to 6 times for older ones.
 It is important to tell them to totally concentrate on the breathing.
