Week 7 Part 1

Hi Everyone. I would like every instructor to start introducing a Mindfulness exercise at the end of each class. It only has to be short. First exercise; hands by side, lift arms up (Keeping arms straight) say,  breath in. 

As arms go down to side. Say, breath out. Breath out must be slow (count to 4). Do it 2 to 3 times for younger ones. 5 to 6 times for older ones.
 When introducing it just before bow out, tell them that this is a mindfulness exercise.
