Weight gain.

Channel 9 news this morning reported that “New studies have found a clear correlation between sustained stress and weight gain in women, also revealing that two thirds of Australian women admit to feeling nervous or anxious every day.” While it is know that some women may lose weight due to stress, it is clear that many women stack on the weight. There is heaps of information on diet on the web, but I would like to offer a piece of advise that may help you control stress. Exercising certainly helps relieve stress, but our kickboxing has a two way effect. Firstly the exercise, but then the actual act of hitting and kicking something (hanging bag or pads. (not each other)) helps get rid of pent up stress or anger.  If you cant get to our kickboxing, do yourself a favour and put some time aside just for you to walk. Even if you start off with five minutes a day (Try to do it same time everyday.) Five minutes will get you into the mindset that you can do it. Your diet is really important also, so we will add more simple to follow information here soon.
