This Kata is just basic moves. It is designed t give the student an idea of what Kata is all about.

As in the first Kata, this one is still basic moves but using stances as well.
The hand moves cover the upper area. the midsection area and the lower area.

This is the third Junior Kata. These are too short to be regarded as a full Kata. The idea is to get the student used to the idea of “bunkai.”

This is where Kata starts to look like a real Kata. Our Kata is similar to an original Goju Kata which can be viewed here:         Go Ju Kata

This Kata is similar to  the fourth but with more basic moves still similar to the original Goju Kata.

This is the third Senior Kata. It is still  basic Kata with only two stances and two types of kick.

This is the fourth Senior Kata. It is based on White Crane kung fu and as such is known as a soft kata.

The Fifth Senior Kata is where the hips are used to help produce punching power.
