Hi Everyone. I would like thank you for following my new instructions on breathing. The bow at the start and end of each class is important and so is what parents like to see.
We have used the word “focus” for a very long time but now parents are learning what “mindfulness” is and how it can help their child. Mindfulness always starts with breathing, the aim is to teach the student to be still and focus inwards. There are plenty of YouTube videos on mindfulness for children, so if you get a chance have a browse. It is very important not to make the breathing session too long, especially the younger ones. Don’t forget the number one aim is to have the kids have fun.
Thanks – Shidoshi
